What data we use
When you place an order, we process your name, contact, billing and delivery details, order and payment information, and your details about your Book Date.
This may include, for example, genre, mood, no-gos, reading list, and a personal message.
We use this data exclusively for processing your order, compiling your Book Date, payment processing, and delivery.
The legal basis for this is, in particular, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR.
Service Providers
In order for us to process your purchase, the necessary data may be passed on to our service providers, in particular to:
Shopify for the operation of our online shop,
Easify Product Options for your individual product selections,
the payment provider you have selected, and
Deutsche Post / DHL or Hermes for shipping.
We do not sell your personal data and do not use it for advertising, unless you have expressly consented to this.
Shopify may also process data internationally as part of its infrastructure. Shopify describes its own data protection mechanisms for this.
