Cancellations & Returns

Blind Date with a Book is all about the thrill of the unknown! ♡

You don't choose the title or cover, but consciously let yourself be surprised. Your book is put together based on your selected preferences. Therefore, the fact that you personally dislike the title, cover, or story after unpacking does not constitute a defect.

You still have the right to revoke your order within 14 days of receipt.

If you wish to revoke, please write to comfylittlereads@gmail.com or use the revocation function in the shop.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Damaged Delivery

If your Book Date or an item contained within arrives damaged, please contact comfylittlereads@gmail.com within 48 hours of receipt if possible and directly send photos of the damage.

I will then arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected, of course.
